When you get here, go to a place on Broadway street called Mountain Equipment Co-Op.
Buy a book called 103 Hikes. It is excellent. MEC also has excellent maps and everything you need. If you like Hiking, you will love just going to this store.
Garibaldi Park: black tusk & garabaldi lake are two the park is HUGE.
Manning Park
Joffrey Lakes
Are three suggestions.
