Seymour: Seymour Demonstration Forest
Located below the North Shore Mountains is the 5,200 hectare Seymour Demonstration Forest. Originally a mining and logging area, the area is now a designated park. The Demonstration forest has a wealth of trails, the main trail being a paved two-way road stretching some 14KM.
This paved road makes it easy for rollerbladers, longboarders, cyclists, and hikers to enjoy a stroll through the woods. You may encounter wild life year round including deer, grouse, and even salamanders.
Open 8am - 9pm summer, 8am - 5pm winter.
Please note: Dog's are not allowed on the main trail.

Directions: The Seymour Demo forest is found at the northern end of Lillooet Road in North Vancouver. Head West on Highway 1 and take your 3rd exit after the the 2nd Narrows bridge. Go straight through the first set of lights, continue up the hill and follow the signs. (Around 5 minutes up the road.)
